Due to the heat and humidity, bikes aren’t commonly used as daily transport in Southeast Asia. But that doesn’t mean the region lacks bicycle culture. It’s more centered around working tri-wheelers, either decorated rickshaws that ferry tourists around town or cargo bikes used for food and market stalls. In Myanmar, rickshaws are also used to transport goods.
